An Invitation to Management Thinkers and Writers

Image Here

“Modern Management”, a Journal of International Institute of Management Sciences, invites contributions from Managers, Academicians, Teachers and researchers on Management and Freelance Writers and others, who have a point of view on the Management and industrial sense in India.

Contributions, needless to say, should be high order, creatively original thought-provoking and even controversial but useful to the bulk of our readers who include professional managers seeking to improve their knowledge and skills and widen their perspectives. They, however have a preference for a simple, interesting and lucid style and an emphasis on practical applications to the Indian situation.

We are looking for:

1. Experience-based articles mainly reflecting Indian conditions analyzing how management and economic problems have been dealt with in various spheres of business and industry.
2. Studies on industrial conflicts, strikes, lockouts etc. and how they are handled, should be concrete and constructively critical showing where management succeeded or failed and why.
3. Studies on the functional areas of management such as finance, production, personnel, marketing etc., both conceptual and practical.
4. Case Studies of Indian Industries.
5. Achievement stories of companies in the public, private and joint sectors which should not be merely laudatory but managerially critical and analytical.
6. Short, balanced and impartial reviews of new and interesting books on management and related areas.
